§ 92.01 PROHIBITING FURTHER INTERMENT WITHIN CORPORATE LIMITS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to bury or assist in burying, or to cause to be buried, any dead body in either of the cemeteries known as the Leonard Cemetery, the North Cemetery, or the Maple Grove Cemetery or any tract heretofore used for cemetery or burial purposes adjacent thereto or elsewhere within the corporate limits of the city.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to bury, assist in burying, or to cause to be buried, the dead body of any human being or the dead body of any animal of any kind at any place within the corporate limits of the city.
