A purchasing agent may include provisions in its solicitation that permit or require any of the following:
(A) The inclusion of clauses providing for adjustments in prices or time of performance;
(B) The inclusion of contract provisions dealing with either of the following:
(1) The unilateral right of provisions dealing with either of the following:
(a) Changes in the work within the scope of the contract; and/or
(b) Temporary stopping of the work or delaying performance.
(C) Variations occurring between estimated quantities of work in a contract and actual quantities.
