§ 32.25 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS AND SPECIAL PURCHASING METHODS.
    (A)   Availability of request for proposal method.
      (1)   A purchasing agent or purchasing agency may determine that it is not practicable or not advantageous to the city, agency or department to purchase specified types of supplies by competitive sealed bidding; and
      (2)   That receiving proposals in a manner outlined in I.C. 5-22-9 (request for proposals), as amended from time to time, is the preferred method for purchase of that type of supply.
   (B)   Availability of special purchasing methods by purchasing agent. A purchasing may make a purchase under the special purchasing methods found at I.C. 5-22-10.
