Compliance with I.C. 5-22-7; Rules and Policies.
(A) When competitive bidding is required, the purchasing agent shall comply with I.C. 5-22-7.
(B) The purchasing agency may adopt written policies concerning the following:
(1) Correction or withdrawal of inadvertently erroneous bids before or after award; or
(2) Cancellation of awards or contracts based on inadvertently erroneous bid.
