(A) Definition. For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
SERVICE has the definition set forth in I.C. 5-22-2-30, as may be amended from time to time.
(B) Manner of Purchase. A purchasing agent or the purchasing agency may purchase services using any procedure the purchaser considers appropriate and reasonable.
