§ 32.21 RULES AND REGULATIONS REGULATING PUBLIC PURCHASES.

   (A)   Adoption of Rules. The Common Council may adopt written rules concerning public purchases, which:

      (1)   Supplement I.C. 5-22;

      (2)   Are not inconsistent with I.C. 5-22.

   (B)   Adoption of Policies. The Board of Public Works and Safety and the Mt. Vernon-Black Township Park and Recreation Board may adopt written policies concerning public purchases, which:

      (1)   Supplement I.C. 5-22 and the rules adopted by the Common Council;

      (2)   Are not inconsistent with I.C. 5-22 and the rules adopted by the Common Council.
