§ 73.02 PARKING OF RAILROAD CARS ON TRACKS IN CITY STREETS.

No rail cars or locomotives shall be parked or permitted to stand or occupy tracks in the paved or platted portion of West Water Street between Mann and Barter Streets or in the paved or platted portion of West Water Street between Vine and Pearl Streets except during switching operations.
