§ 72.09 RESIDENTIAL PARKING ONLY.
   (A)   The parking spaces described in Ch. 75, Sch. IX are designated as parking spaces reserved for residential use only during the hours indicated. Applicable time limits and other regulations in this traffic code shall otherwise apply to such spaces.
   (B)   No person shall park a motor vehicle (including a car, truck, trailer, motorcycle, motor home or any other motor vehicle) in or otherwise obstruct parking spaces reserved for use by the residents living in the area, as indicated by proper signs, unless the motor vehicle has a current decal attached to the vehicle designating that motor vehicle as belonging to a resident of that area. All unauthorized motor vehicles shall be towed at the owner's expense.
   (C)   Parking decals shall be issued to resident in the residential parking area upon verification and registration of the number of decals required by each home by officials of the city. Resident shall then display the decal in their vehicle or in the car of a guest visiting the resident during school hours. Said decals shall be issued by the city and it shall be a violation of this section to duplicate, in any manner, the residential parking decal or to use said decal for any purpose other than for residential parking as described in this section.
