§ 52.04 DEPOSITING TRASH AND THE LIKE UPON PUBLIC OR PRIVATE PROPERTY PROHIBITED.
   No person shall deposit trash or unwholesome substances on public or private property within the city except that trash may be deposited in litter barrels or private trash barrels.
