§ 52.03 PREMISES SHALL BE KEPT CLEAN; TRASH BARRELS OR CONTAINERS; DUMPSTERS.
   (A)   All persons, firms, and corporations within the corporate limits of the city shall keep their premises in a clean and sanitary condition, free from trash and unwholesome substances.
   (B)   However, while awaiting scheduled garbage or trash collection by the city or a private collector, all persons, except for restaurants, may accumulate and store trash and unwholesome substances in trash barrels or containers approved by the city or State Board of Health.
   (C)   Businesses, except for restaurants, operating within the provisions of the ordinances of the city and the laws of the state shall not be affected by the provisions of this chapter.
   (D)   Restaurants shall store all trash and unwholesome substances in dumpsters approved by the city or State Board of Health.
