For the purpose of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
TRASH. All nonputrid waste materials of every kind, including but not limited to such items as tree trimmings, cans, glass, paper, and metal devises and parts, whether or not those items are a health hazard.
UNWHOLESOME SUBSTANCE. Garbage and any other putrescible material which may provide food or breeding places for rats, mice, or other disease-carrying animals or insects.
