(A) Adoption of International Existing Building Code (Commercial Property). The 2003 International Existing Building Code, and all amendments thereto, is hereby adopted by reference as though fully set forth herein,
(B) Adoption of International Property Maintenance Code (Residential and Commercial Property, occupied and unoccupied). The 2003 International Existing Property Maintenance Code, and all amendments thereto, is hereby adopted by reference as though fully set forth herein.
