§ 153.243 PROCEEDINGS OF THE AREA BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS.
   Meetings shall be held at the call of the Chairman and at such times as the Area Board of Zoning Appeals may determine. The Chairman, or in his or her absence, the acting Chairman, may administer oaths and compel attendance or witnesses. All meeting, deliberations, and voting of the Board shall be open to the public. The Board shall keep minutes of its proceedings, showing the vote of each member upon each question, or if absent or failing to vote, indicating such fact. Additionally, records shall be kept of all findings of fact, examinations and other official actions, all of which shall be immediately filed in the office of the Board and shall be a public record. The notice, filing and substantive requirements of the Board shall be set forth in the following sections concerning the Board’s exercise of that particular power.
