§ 153.241 ESTABLISHMENT OF THE POSEY COUNTY AREA BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS.

It is hereby recognized that the Posey County Area Board of Zoning Appeals shall serve as the Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Mt. Vernon, Town of Cynthiana, Town of Poseyville and Posey County with the powers and duties set forth in this chapter. The Board of Zoning Appeals shall adopt “rules of procedure” in accordance with the requirements of I.C. 36-7-4-916.
