(A) Penalty. Any person, firm of corporation violating any provision of this chapter or failing to comply with any of its requirements, including violations of conditions and safeguards established in connection with grants of variance or special exceptions, shall be deemed an ordinance violation and may carry a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $500. Each day that a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
(B) Other remedies. Nothing herein contained shall prevent the applicable jurisdiction or its authorized officials from taking other action, authorized by law, to remedy the violation.
