§ 153.205 NONCONFORMING LOTS.
   In residential and office districts, a lot of record of less width and area, may be used for a single-family detached dwelling. However, compliance with the requirement for the side yard, which abuts a public street, shall be followed and in no case shall the other side yard be less than five feet. All other requirements of the district shall be followed.
