§ 50.018 STATE PRETREATMENT STANDARDS.

State pretreatment standards located at 327 IAC 5-16 are hereby incorporated. State requirements and limitations on discharges to the POTW shall be met by industrial sources which are subject to these standards in any instance in which they are more stringent than federal requirements and limitations or those in this chapter or any applicable ordinance.
