§ 114.08 DUTY OF POLICE TO ENFORCE.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the police officers or other authorized officers of the Police Department to:
      (1)   Examine and investigate all places of business and individuals subject to the provisions of this chapter, to determine if this chapter has been complied with; and
      (2)   Enforce the provisions of this chapter against any individual found to be violating the same.
   (B)   An officer may temporarily suspend any license granted hereunder, if he or she has reason to believe that a violation of this chapter has occurred.
   (C)   Upon a temporary suspension of a license, the individual shall be entitled to notice and a hearing under § 114.09, no later than 15 days after the temporary suspension has been issued by the officer.
