§ 114.02 LICENSE REQUIRED.

(A) It shall be unlawful for a peddler or a transient merchant to peddle, sell or trade merchandise within the corporate limits of the city, without first obtaining a license hereunder.

(B) It shall also be unlawful for any individual to operate a temporary business within the limits of the city, without first obtaining a license hereunder.
