§ 113.05 ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY.
   The Commissioner has full enforcement authority under this chapter, including but not limited to, the right to enter onto any property where any work is being done, to determine whether the contractor on site is properly registered or is otherwise in compliance with this chapter.
