§ 90.05 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   Any regular member of the Police Department may enforce the provisions of this chapter.
   (B)   In addition, the city hereby designates the Code Enforcement Officer as an officer authorized to enforce this chapter pursuant to I.C. 9-22-1-2(5).
