§ 52.09 RATES ESTABLISHED FOR TRI SUD.
   The schedule of monthly rates or charges for water services furnished by the city to Tri Special Utility District shall be as follows:
   (A)   Monthly capacity charge, per MGD of city’s obligated capacity: $19,560.73; and
   (B)   Volumetric charge, per 1,000 gallons of use: $1.18.
