§ 91.53 OPENING AND CLOSING GRAVES.
   The funeral home or mortuary in charge of the funeral in any cemetery within the city shall be responsible for opening and closing the graves, and the same funeral home or mortuary shall be responsible for the removal and disposition of surplus dirt within 48 hours after the funeral.
