§ 91.49 MASONIC AND CORTENEZ CEMETERIES.
   Lots in the Masonic Cemetery are sold by Temple Lodge No. 70, A.F. and A.M., Mount Pleasant, and lots in Cortenez Cemetery are sold by various persons. The city exercises no jurisdiction over the sale or the platting of lots in these cemeteries.
