§ 94.55 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   FIREWORKS. A composition or device.
      (1)   Designed for entertainment to produce visible or audible effect by combustion, explosion, deflagration, or detonation; and
      (2)   Defined by 49 C.F.R. § 172.101.
