§ 91.47 INTERMENT OF OTHER THAN LOT PURCHASER’S FAMILY.
   A lot purchased from the city in any cemetery is intended as a family burial place, whether this be on a purchased lot or on a family established lot in the cemetery, and while the owner of a lot may permit the interment in his or her lot of one not of his or her family, an heir of the owner cannot, except by unanimous consent of all the owners to the burial of one not a member of the family.
