The price of lots in Edwards Cemetery shall be $400.00 for each grave space, and on the purchase of a lot, the city will issue a deed. The city shall keep in a well-bound book a record of all sales and subsequent transfers. A fee of $5.00 shall be paid to the city for a transfer of a lot, and all transfers shall be duly recorded by the city.
