§ 52.24 RECORD MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
   (A)   The city shall utilize a record management system to record water pumped, water deliveries, water sales and water losses which allows for the desegregation of water sales and uses into the following user classes:
      (1)   Residential (including multi-family residential);
      (2)   Commercial;
      (3)   Industrial;
      (4)   Wholesale.
   (B)   City staff shall track targets and goals by utilizing the following procedures:
      (1)   Logs shall be maintained for meter calibration, meter testing, and meter replacement programs.
      (2)   Annual water audits shall be documented and kept in the utility department files.
      (3)   Staff shall keep a record of the number of mail-outs distributed semi-annually.
      (4)   Rates will be tracked by ordinances adopted.
      (5)   Logs shall be maintained for the utility's leak detection program, including but not limited to the following:
         (a)   Annual intermittent night-flow measurements;
         (b)   SCADA system.
   (C)   This system will provide the data necessary for the city to monitor the progress of this Water Conservation Plan and will enable the city to evaluate the effectiveness of each area of the program.
