§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   A minor who violates a provision of this §§ 130.40 through 130.46 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction, shall be punishable by a fine in accordance with § 10.99, and may be subject to appropriate action by a juvenile court in accordance to Tex. Family Code §§ 51.03 and 51.08, and Tex. Penal Code § 8.07.
   (B)   A parent of a minor who violates any provision of this §§ 130.40 through 130.46 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction, shall be punishable by a fine in accordance with § 10.99.
   (C)   A person who violates any provision of §§ 130.40 through 130.46 is guilty of a separate offense for each day or part of a day during which the violation is committed, continued or permitted.
   (D)   In assessing punishment for any person, parent, or minor found to have violated any provision(s) of §§ 130.40 through 130.46, the municipal court judge may consider a community service or teen court program in lieu of or in addition to assessing a fine.

   (E)   Any business owner, manager/supervisor, or employee who violates any provision of §§ 130.60 or 130.61 shall be subject to a penalty prescribed in § 10.99.
   (F)   Any person, firm or corporation found to be violating any term or provision of § 130.75 shall be subject to a fine in accordance with § 10.99 for each offense. Every day a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
