§ 91.45 BURIALS IN EDWARDS CEMETERY.
   (A)   Hereafter, there shall be no burials in Edwards Cemetery, except on a lot duly purchased from the city, in a family plot already established in the old part of the cemetery or in the old part at a place designated by the City Manager.
   (B)   The Cemetery Board shall provide a place for the burial of paupers and marking of the graves.
   (C)   Exhumations shall be completed by a licensed Funeral Home.
