§ 91.44 LOTS IN EDWARDS CEMETERY.
   (A)   Where space will permit, the unused portion of Edwards Cemetery will be divided into square blocks of 20 feet. There shall be eight graves in each block with four on the east and four on the west. Each grave space shall be five feet by ten feet. Grave spaces shall be limited to one body per space. Any exceptions must be presented to the City Manager in writing. Such exceptions will be approved at the discretion of the City Manager. The corners of each block shall be marked with concrete markers six inches in diameter set flush with the ground and have on the top the block numbers. Driveways of six feet in width running from north to south shall be provided.
   (B)   Where space will not permit for the laying out of a block, the area may be cut into individual grave spaces.
   (C)   The Cemetery Board is authorized to have the unused portion of Edwards Cemetery platted, have the block markers prepared and the city's cemetery personnel will set the markers.
   (D)   Each block shall be numbered and grave spaces in each block numbered.
