§ 91.43 BURIAL OUTSIDE AUTHORIZED CEMETERY.

It shall be unlawful for any person to bury the body of any deceased person anywhere within the limits of the city other than in a duly authorized cemetery which is recognized as a public buying ground under the terms of this chapter.
