§ 155.23 TF - TWO-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.
   (A)   Purpose. The purpose of this district is to provide for two-family or duplex dwellings of a slightly higher density than the single-family districts. This district may encompass an entire neighborhood or may serve as a zone of transition between low density and high density residential areas.
   (B)   Use regulations. The following uses are permitted in this district:
      (1)   Any use permitted in the “SF-2” Residential District;
      (2)   Attached dwelling units, provided that no more than two dwelling units are attached in one continuous row or group and that no dwelling unit is constructed above another dwelling unit;
      (3)   Other uses as designated in § 155.45.
   (C)   Development regulations.
      (1)   Lot requirements. (Minimum figures)
         (a)   Lot area: At least 7,500 square feet;
         (b)   Lot width: 50 feet;
         (c)   Lot depth: 100 feet.
      (2)   Yard requirements. (Minimum figures)
         (a)   Front yard: 25 feet;
         (b)   Side yard:
            1.   Interior lot: 5 feet;
            2.   Exterior lot: 10 feet;
         (c)   Rear yard: 25 feet.
   (D)   Parking regulations.
      (1)   Two spaces for each dwelling unit (total of four) shall be provided.
      (2)   Off-street parking and loading regulations: see § 155.47.
