§ 154.59 ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMITS AND CERTIFICATES OF OCCUPANCY.
   No building permits or certificates of occupancy for any building in the subdivision shall be issued prior to the completion of the required public improvements and the acceptance of the dedication of those improvements by the city.
