§ 154.56 STREET LIGHTS.
   The subdivider shall be responsible for providing the necessary easements, and for the installation of electrical conduit for streetlights within the subdivision. Placement of streetlights shall be at the approval of the city. The subdivider shall submit proof that such arrangements have been made with the power company.
