§ 154.50 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this subchapter shall be to assure that all public improvements have been designed, constructed, and completed in accordance with §§ 154.75 through 154.82 of this chapter, and that all assurances for the maintenance and dedication of such improvements have been properly executed.
