(A) Whoever shall violate any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is set forth shall be punished as set forth in § 10.99.
(B) Each violation of §§ 153.085 et seq. or of any regulation, order or ruling promulgated thereunder shall constitute a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $200.00; and each day a violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
