§ 153.060 FIXED BASE OPERATOR.
   A fixed base operator (FBO) is a person, firm, or corporation performing any of the functions, furnishings, or services listed herein on a commercial basis. No person, firm or corporation may act in the capacity of an FBO without a valid contract with the city authorizing such activity at the airport.
