§ 153.036 FLYING MODEL AIRPLANES.

Engine powered model airplanes, cable or radio controlled, or model gliders shall not be permitted to operate, takeoff or be launched from, flown over, flown in the terminal area, or land at the airport without the approval of the Airport Manager.
