§ 153.031 TAKEOFFS ON APRON OR TAXIWAYS.
   Takeoffs or landings shall not be made on the apron, parking ramp, or taxiway by fixed- wing, rotary-wing, or ultra light aircraft except by special permission of the Airport Manager.
