The purpose of these rules, regulations and standards is to set forth the manner in which those who use the Mount Pleasant Regional Airport are to conduct themselves and their operations while on airport property; establish an Airport Board; provide general rules and regulations for the use of the airport; regulate air and ground traffic; regulate use of aircraft; and establish fees and other obligations associated with the privilege of conducting business at the airport.
