§ 151.026 PASSING UPON QUESTIONS.
   The Electrical Inspector shall have power, and it shall be his or her duty, subject to the provisions of law and of this code, to pass upon any question relative to the design, mode, manner of construction or materials to be used in electrical installations hereafter constructed, enlarged, altered, moved, repaired or converted within the city, which are affected by the provisions of this code or of any existing law applicable to the city relative to electrical installations and to require that such design mode, manner of construction or materials shall conform to the true intent and meaning of the several provisions of this code.
