Any person desiring a license required by the provisions of this chapter shall make written application to the City Building Official therefor, which application shall state the name and address of the applicant, and if the applicant is appearing as an agent or representative of a firm or corporation, the application shall show the name and address of said firm or corporation revealing the agent’s or representative’s authority to act on behalf of such firm or corporation.
