(A) Every driver shall cause to be posted in a conspicuous place in the vehicle where it may be seen by the passenger a current rate schedule as authorized by the city.
(B) Every driver shall post in a conspicuous place their own driver’s permit.
(C) Each taxicab will be sufficiently marked to identify it as a taxi, by use of the painted word “Taxi” upon each front door and trunk lid of the vehicle in contrasting color to that of the vehicle and no less than four-inch letters or by use of a dome light device installed on the top of the vehicle with the word “Taxi” in a contrasting color and no less than four-inch letters.
(D) Each taxi service shall adopt a color scheme for all fleet vehicles, the color scheme shall be unique and cannot duplicate another taxi service. The taxicab shall also be numbered with a unique vehicle identification number. These numbers shall be contrasting color to that of the vehicle and shall be no less than three inches in height and placed on each front door and rear trunk lid in a location that is conspicuous to public view.
