(A) No permit may be issued nor may any taxicab service be operated in the city unless there is at all times in force and effect valid liability and casualty insurance in the amount of $300,000.00 combined single limit.
(B) Every policy of insurance required under this section shall contain a provision to the insurer to give not less than 30-days' written notice to the city and the named insured before any cancellation or termination of policy.
