§ 114.28 FEE.
   Before any permit shall be issued under the provisions of this chapter, the applicant thereof shall pay a fee of $50.00 for an itinerant permit good for ten days, not including the date of issuance, and/or pay a fee of $50.00 for a peddler permit good for 180 days, not including the date of issuance if he or she desires to engage in business in the city. Such fee shall cover the partial cost of the investigation of the applicant and shall be for the enforcement of these sections. Persons representing firms or corporations shall be required to obtain separate permits and pay a separate investigation fee for each and every person so investigated.
