§ 114.25 ISSUANCE OR DENIAL OF PERMIT.
   (A)   If, as a result of the investigation made pursuant to § 114.24, an applicant’s character or business responsibility are found to be unsatisfactory, the Chief of Police shall notify the applicant that his or her application is disapproved and that no permit will be issued.
   (B)   If, as a result of such investigation, the character and business responsibility of the applicant are found to be satisfactory, the Chief of Police shall deliver to the applicant the permit properly signed by both the applicant and the Chief of Police.
   (C)   The applicant shall be properly notified in writing of the issuance or denial of the permit within ten calendar days of the date of application.
