It shall be unlawful for any peddler, itinerant merchant or itinerant vendor to engage in offering commodities or services for sale within the city between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. or at any time on Sundays or national holidays, except by specific appointment with or invitation from the customer.
