The applicant shall pay an annual fee for a sexually oriented business license in the amount of $500.00. The business license is valid for one year. No portion of any fee collected under this section shall be returned after a license has been issued, suspended, or denied The applicant shall have to re- apply and be approved annually for a business license to continue operating the sexually oriented business.
