§ 91.19 TERMS OF MEMBERS.
   The term of office of the members of the Cemetery Board shall commence on February 1, except for the filling of vacancies. The members shall be appointed for a term of two years, with the exception of three members whose terms shall expire on January 31,1968. Thereafter, all members shall be appointed for terms of two years.
